Covid-19 update

Fitz Software continues to monitor the situation in our offices and all our supplier locations around the world to prioritize the health and safety of our employees, our supplier employees, contract workers, partners, and customers while ensuring business continuity and your ongoing success in using our products.

 

We understand that in unprecedented times that we all must take extreme measures to ensure the well-being of our communities. On behalf of Fitz Software, I want to share our heartfelt sympathy to everyone impacted by COVID-19, and express incalculable gratitude to all the healthcare workers and organizations spending their energies on this global issue.

 

Our workforce is working remotely (originally to abide by local guidelines and regulations) to do our part in dampening the spread of the coronavirus. We are well accustomed to remote work with over 90% of our customer success engagements already managed remotely during the normal course of business. Since Q1,2023 we are available to do onsite visits to you again, adhering to local site restrictions/requirements.

 

Fitz Software’s and our supplier’s support organizations are ready to help during this time with casual or any extraordinary needs imposed on your organization.
