Codes of CoNduct
Below are documents that outline some of our primary requirements we expect of our owners, our directors, our employees, our suppliers and indeed our customers. Email the Fitz Software "info" email address for a copy of the documents.
Code of Conduct
The Fitz Software Code of Conduct (the “Code”) provides guidance about business behaviour expected of the Fitz Software community as you work and interface with fellow employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders.
Third-party Code of Conduct
Ethical business practices and compliance with global laws and regulations are top priorities of the Fitz Software group of companies (“Fitz Software”) and are expected of all Third Parties, as defined in this document. Third Parties are required to adhere to this Third-Party Code of Conduct while they are conducting Fitz Software business.
Whistleblower Policy
Fitz Software’s Code of Conduct and the Third-Party Code of Conduct require directors, officers, employees and Third-Party Resources to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. As employees and representatives of Fitz Software, we must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling our responsibilities and comply with applicable policies, laws and regulations. This includes an obligation to report misconduct, including potential or suspected misconduct, and to cooperate fully in investigations. Fitz Software has adopted this policy to promote a climate of accountability and to encourage concerns to be reported before they can disrupt the business or operations of the Company. Fitz Software will not tolerate retaliation against any person who, acting in good faith, reports suspected misconduct, asks questions or raises concerns.
