Calls made during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. British Standard Time (BST) will be handled by Technical Support Staff. For calls made outside business hours, please leave a message and we'll get back to you the next business day.

Fitz Software technical support is available 24 x 7 for designated customers using SAE (Stand Alone Environment),  IFO (Image Focus) and DP-Technician. Outside office hours you can phone us on 00-353-87-2481127.

For SAE & IFO you may also phone NewEra Inc. directly and follow the automated operator instructions at 00-1-408-2017000 (which outside of office hours (Eastern & Pacific Time) will page Technical Support or directly at 00-1-408-4827420/4827430.

For DP-Technician you may also phone Data Processing Techniques Inc. at 00-973-325 3251 and page technical support with the operator.
