Prior to you logging onto the webcast we want to ensure you can connect so we advise you to enter the session anytime between 2.30 and 2.50 PM.The test should take between 2-10 minutes depending on whether you've attached to a WEBEX site before this.

Click on the circle in front of the "UBS-Hainer / FITZ Software Image Management" session line and then on "Join Now" at the bottom of the screen

Enter your name and email address and click "OK".

Wait a few moments. Do not press anything on your screen

If you're missing webex software it will prompt you to download it and install it (for secure lines).

After a few minutes you will see a screen with a slide on it stating "Congratulations. You are connected".

This process will set up webex and test any potential fire wall problems within your organisation. If you are successful you should have no problems connecting 5 minutes before the official webcast.  Please let us know if you come up against any problems.
